One editorial mailbox, and a clear list of what it can and cannot help with.

The mailbox

There is one editorial mailbox: editor@kisumulessonske.com. Write to it for anything about the writing itself, a figure you think is wrong, a page that reads unclearly, or a correction you want logged.

It is read by the editorial desk, not by a broker and not by a support team. We do not promise a response time, and we would rather say that plainly than print a promise the desk may not keep during a busy week.

What we will and will not help with

We will help with the content: explaining how a margin figure was worked out, pointing you to the part of a broker document a page relied on, or clarifying a definition such as a pip on gold being 0.01 with one standard lot at 100 oz.

We will not help with account problems, logins, deposits, withdrawals or fund recovery, and we cannot give personal advice on whether to trade, what size to take or how to place an order. Those belong with the broker, and for a dispute in Kenya the relevant authority is the CMA rather than this desk.

No guest posts and no paid placement

This desk does not accept guest posts, sponsored reviews or paid placement at any price. If a company offers to pay for a mention, a ranking position or a rewritten verdict, the answer is no, and that applies whatever the sum.

The reason is simple: a page that can be bought stops being useful to a reader deciding where to send their money. Affiliate links are the only revenue, and they are disclosed on the pages that carry them.

How do I reach the Kisumu Lessons desk?

Use the contact form on this page and include the page address and the exact sentence you are asking about. Messages about a specific figure are answered faster than general requests, because we can check the source directly. We aim to reply to substantive queries, but we cannot promise a same-day response.

Will the desk tell me whether to buy or sell gold?

No. We explain mechanics, costs and risk, and we publish calculators, but we do not give personal trading advice or signals. Gold is high-risk and leveraged positions can lose more than you deposit. Any decision about direction, size or timing is yours, and it should follow your own reading and your ability to absorb a loss.

Can you help me recover money from a broker?

No. We are a publisher and cannot intervene in a dispute, freeze an account or recover funds. If you have a complaint about a licensed firm, raise it with that firm first and then with its regulator; the CMA handles Kenyan-licensed entities. Note that FxPro is licensed by the FCA (UK), CySEC and FSCA — not by the CMA of Kenya.

Can I send you my M-Pesa confirmation to prove a deposit?

Please do not. We never need payment details, M-Pesa messages, ID numbers or account screenshots, and no one at this desk will ask for them. If a message claiming to be from us requests that, treat it as fraud and ignore it. We do not process deposits or hold client money in any form.

How do I suggest a topic or report a broken calculator?

Send the page address, what you expected and what you saw, and we will check the formula against the hand-worked example. Topic requests are welcome but not guaranteed. For a factual error rather than a suggestion, use the corrections route so it enters the fix log properly.
